- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, grated onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

- Roll into 1½-inch meatballs.
Step 3
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Brown the meatballs for about 8–10 minutes, turning often until nicely browned. Remove and set aside.

- Reduce heat to medium.
- Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté the mushrooms until golden.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

- Sprinkle in the flour and stir constantly for 1 minute.

- Slowly whisk in the beef broth until smooth.
- Stir in the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, thyme, and Parmesan cheese.
- Cook until the gravy becomes silky and slightly thickened.
Step 7
- Return the meatballs to the skillet.
- Cover and simmer for 12–15 minutes until fully cooked and coated in the creamy gravy.
Step 8
- Garnish generously with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, buttered egg noodles, or rice.
