Method
- Boil pasta al dente + reserve water.
- Melt butter + oil, sauté onion until soft.
- Add beef + garlic + tomato paste, brown until paste darkens.
- Add crushed tomatoes + oregano + season. Simmer 25–30 minutes until thick.
- Pour cream + reserved pasta water, splash.
- Stir Parmesan slowly, and add black pepper, then fold pasta ribbons.
- Garnish and serve.
