Ingredients
  

  • 4 Chicken breast boneless & skinless
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme dried, optional
  • Fresh parsley chopped, optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
  2. Prepare Chicken
    Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Place them on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and rub to coat evenly.
  3. Season
    In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and thyme. Sprinkle the seasoning evenly on both sides of each chicken breast.
  4. Bake
    Bake for 20–25 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chicken, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Rest and Serve
    Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing — this keeps it juicy. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
