Roast the potatoes
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place halved baby potatoes on a baking sheet. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Roast for 15 minutes until they begin to soften.Make the honey garlic sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together:honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, red pepper flakesSet aside.Add the salmon
Remove the potatoes from the oven and push them to the sides of the pan. Place the salmon fillets in the center.Add the sauce
Pour the honey garlic sauce over the salmon and potatoes. Dot with small pieces of butter.Bake
Return the pan to the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.Serve
Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
