Ingredients
  

  • lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • ***For the Honey Garlic Sauce
  • cup honey
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • ***For the Bowls
  • 4 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Season the Chicken

    In a large bowl, toss the chicken pieces with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Step 2: Cook the Chicken

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add the chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked.
    Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Step 3: Make the Sauce

    In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and water.
    Pour the mixture into the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Step 4: Combine

    Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss until fully coated in the honey garlic sauce.
    Cook for another minute.
  5. Step 5: Assemble the Bowls

    Divide rice among four serving bowls.
    Top with honey garlic chicken, broccoli, carrots, and cucumber.
    Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
    Serve immediately.
