  • 2 crisp apples thinly sliced
  • ¾ cup dried cranberries
  • ¾ cup candied pecans
  • ½ cup crumbled goat cheese or feta
  • ½ small red onion very thinly sliced
  • ½ cup pomegranate arils
For the Maple-Dijon Vinaigrette
  • ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 small garlic clove finely grated

Dress the salad.
  1. Drizzle with enough maple-Dijon vinaigrette to lightly coat the ingredients.
Finish and serve.
  1. Gently toss just before serving, leaving some of the colorful toppings visible for a beautiful holiday presentation.
