Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz Linguine
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano dried
  • 1/2 tsp Basil dried
  • 1/4 cup Pasta water
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parsley

Method
 

  1. Boil linguine al dente, drain + reserve water.
  2. Melt butter low, warm garlic + oregano 1 min.
  3. Add pasta water + basil, swirl, simmer 2 min to glossy-thick.
  4. Add Parmesan slow and low until silky.
  5. Toss linguine into the glaze, and add pepper.
  6. Garnish and serve.
