Method
- Heat butter, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add tomato paste + broth, stir. Simmer 8–10 minutes until thick.
- Stir basil + oregano. Season.
- Add tortellini, fold into the sauce, top with mozzarella + parmesan.
- Bake 12–15 minutes at 375°F until cheese melts.
- Garnish and serve.
