Method
- Boil Farfalle until al dente, drain.
- Melt butter low, add garlic and warm 1 minute.
- Add cream, simmer 4–5 minutes until the coating thickens.
- Add peas + seasoning, simmer 2 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan gradually until glossy.
- Fold in pasta, season with pepper.
- Garnish and serve.
