Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz Farfalle
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream (or milk + simmer longer swap)
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup Green peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Salt + pepper to taste
  • Parsley fresh, chopped

Method
 

  1. Boil Farfalle until al dente, drain.
  2. Melt butter low, add garlic and warm 1 minute.
  3. Add cream, simmer 4–5 minutes until the coating thickens.
  4. Add peas + seasoning, simmer 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in Parmesan gradually until glossy.
  6. Fold in pasta, season with pepper.
  7. Garnish and serve.
