Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz Fettuccine
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Zest
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme dried (or Italian herb mix)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup Pasta water (reserved)
  • Salt & pepper
  • Garnish and serve

Method
 

  1. Boil fettuccine until al dente. Reserve pasta water and drain.
  2. Melt butter, sauté garlic and herbs for 45 seconds.
  3. Stir in lemon juice + zest, swirl.
  4. Add Parmesan slowly, then pasta.
  5. Add pasta water and toss until glossy.
