Method
- Cook spaghetti al dente. Reserve ¼ cup of pasta water. Drain.
- Melt butter low, add garlic + dried herbs, warm 30–45 sec until fragrant.
- Add milk, simmer 3–4 minutes until clingy.
- Add Parmesan slowly, stirring into warm glaze.
- Add spaghetti into sauce, coat, loosen with pasta water as needed.
- Serve warm and finish with a light cracked black pepper dust + tiny parsley sprinkle (not buried).
