- 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breast

- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 Cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Crush red pepper flakes optional
- 2 cups Fresh baby spinach
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Cook the ChickenHeat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside. Make the Garlic Cream SauceIn the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, scraping up any browned bits. Stir in Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3–4 minutes. Add SpinachAdd spinach to the sauce and stir until wilted, about 1–2 minutes. CombineReturn chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and simmer for 5 minutes to let flavors meld. ServeGarnish with chopped parsley and serve warm over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
