Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skillet Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  5. 5. Add cream, broth, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  7. 7. Return chicken and pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat.
  8. 8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
