Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz Fettuccine
  • 2 Onions large, sliced
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Pasta water or broth
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano dried
  • Salt & pepper

Method
 

  1. Melt butter low and sauté onion 8–10 min until soft and lightly caramelized.
  2. Add garlic, warm 1 minute.
  3. Add pasta water, simmer 3–4 min until glossy and thick.
  4. Add Parmesan slowly, stir to melt, then fold Fettuccine in.
  5. Pepper-dust and plate warm.
