Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz Jumbo pasts shells boiled al dente
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream (or milk simmer longer swap)
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup Pasta water
  • Salt & pepper
  • Basil for garnish

Method
 

  1. Melt butter low + warm garlic 1 minute.
  2. Add basil blend + pasta water, stir.
  3. Add cream, simmer to coating-thick.
  4. Add Parmesan slowly while stirring.
  5. Stir ricotta in low-heat to glossy.
  6. Fold shells into glaze, serve warm, pepper dust + basil leaf.
