- 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
