Preheat OvenPreheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper. Mash the BananasIn a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Add Wet IngredientsStir in the melted butter, sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until well combined. Add Dry IngredientsSprinkle baking soda and salt over the mixture, then gently stir in the flour until no streaks remain. Do not overmix — the batter should be slightly lumpy.
