Ingredients
  

  • 20 Cheese ravioli pieces
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano dried
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup Pasta water
  • Salt + pepper
  • Parsley or basil for garnish

Method
 

  1. Melt butter low, sauté garlic + oregano 1 min.
  2. Add broth + simmer 3 min to glossy-thick.
  3. Add Parmesan slowly while stirring for smooth melt.
  4. Fold ravioli into glaze pan until sauce coats every edge.
  5. Sprinkle with black pepper and fold.
  6. Garnish and serve, warm.
