Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz Linguine
  • 2 cups Salmon (cubed) skin off
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tsp Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • Salt & pepper

Method
 

  1. Boil linguine to al dente → reserve pasta water.
  2. Melt butter + oil → warm oregano + garlic (45 sec).
  3. Add salmon cubes, season salt + pepper, sear gently until golden.
  4. Add cream + Parmesan slowly until silky + glossy.
  5. Add pasta, coat, loosen with pasta water if needed.
