- Melt butter low, sauté garlic + oregano 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add cream, simmer 4–5 minutes until thick.
- Add Parmesan slowly, stir to glossy, fold tortellini.
- If tight-coating needed, toss 1–2 tbsp pasta broth into pan.
- Serve warm, finish with pepper + basil leaf.
