Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz Cheese tortellini
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream (or milk simmer longer swap)
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano dried
  • 1/4 cup Pasta broth or pasta water
  • Salt + pepper
  • Basil chopped, optional

Method
 

  1. Melt butter low, sauté garlic + oregano 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add cream, simmer 4–5 minutes until thick.
  3. Add Parmesan slowly, stir to glossy, fold tortellini.
  4. If tight-coating needed, toss 1–2 tbsp pasta broth into pan.
  5. Serve warm, finish with pepper + basil leaf.
