Method
- Boil spaghetti to al dente → reserve pasta water.
- Heat butter + oil, sauté garlic 30–45 sec.
- Add steak bites, season salt + pepper, sear 3–4 minutes until golden crust forms.
- Pour a splash of pasta water into pan for gloss.
- Toss pasta with butter coating, top with steak, finish with pepper dust + parsley.
