  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cucumber grated and squeezed dry
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

Step 1: Marinate the Chicken
  1. In a bowl combine:
  2. Olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken and toss well.
