Method
 

  1. Brown shrimp in butter first 3–4 min until light gold crust forms.
  2. Add garlic + herbs into butter stage 45 sec.
  3. Add dairy + pasta water, simmer to coating-thick before Parmesan.
  4. Add Parmesan slowly until glossy, and fold pasta and sprinkle with black pepper.
  5. Garnish and serve.
